A well balanced body doesn’t happen by accident.
An initial assessment will help both you and I determine the best course of treatments to help you with your health goals. Typically, I do manual therapy massage and body work for either one hour or one and a half hours, followed by 15 minutes of an exercise plan that will be beneficial for the issues at hand and easy for you to fit into your day.

The movements are small, full range of motion movements, that bring stabilization to the various joints in the body by tapping into the nerves that are in the joints. By re-training and "waking up" these nerve endings, you can help your body get out of pain and perform at your true potential.

Egoscue is a process which involves a series of stretches and gentle exercises designed specifically for each client. This process strengthens specific muscles and brings the body back to its proper alignment and functioning the way it was designed—pain free.
